What is Christian Life Coaching?


As a Christian life coach, I offer practical life coaching from a Christian perspective to help you find clarity in the personal, professional, and spiritual areas of your life. This insight can add meaning and challenge to your life as you discover who you are, what you do best, where you want to be, and how you can get there.

Life coaching is not counseling or therapy, but it is a partnership between you and me. As you recognize where you presently are in your life, and seek to discover where you would like to be, I am here to guide and assist you in developing strategies to get from point A to point B.

Our coaching relationship is triangular, with you, me, and God, working in harmony with one another. By having a Christian life coach with compassion and experience, relying on God's strength and wisdom, you are destined to achieve almost anything you can imagine.
